Just sent out our Christmas Mailer to 5k+ registered users, and it turned out to be much easier, much faster, and most of all with much better feedback than the online Mailing Tool which we have been using in the past! And this all at far lower cost :-) Well done, guys, and thank you very much!

I have tried just about every product like this, including cloud-based services like Emma and MailChimp. Hands down this is the easiest application to use. We have a weekly strategic briefing going out to C-suite executives and the look and feel of the content is almost as important as what we have to say. Direct Mail makes it easy to format and send. Highly recommended!

this is the best CRM program for mac. fully compatible and works with all my devices. the iOS and iPad apps don’t allow full functionality, they are only for reveiwing and notifications about your campaigns. Campaigns can be held in the cloud so you can access them through the cloud, from any desktop holding the software. It’s versatile, easy to use, and powerful. I love it. I searched for a program fully compatible with mac for a long time, and was happy to come across this. they upgrade the software sometimes. Could use a couple more upgrades, but overall this program is solid, and I love it. I use for real estate, and send a ton of emails.

I’ve used a few viersions of this app (as well as a few other blast email editors). This is, by far, the easiest and fastest. Templates are clean and easy to use as well as easy to adapt to my specific needs.

where’s the french version ??

It has everything one would come to expect from a professional bulk-mailing program. However, there is no learning curve whatsoever. You own all your content and contacts, and most importantly (!!!) the support (Ryan) is very attentive, personal and caring. This program and its creators led me to a successful long-term promotion solution for my events. Having used some other solutions for the Mac and Windows, I can only recommend this program! The integration with Daylite, Apples addressbook and Mail, as well as the possibility to collect your email addresses for a text file or a specific mailbox is amazing.

This is product is really awesome product with really best features. easy to setup and easy to use, Much better than M***Chimp ;) I am using Pay Once product. A truly great package for direct mail campaigns. Lots of good templates. Easy to use and pretty flexible. I would have paid for this app. Its good !!

I’ve tried a lot of email services and I really like that this program funcions more like an app, than a browser based service; it makes you feel more in control. All the fancy templates are nice, but I haven’t tried that part yet. It is fast, responsive, and the mail merge tags work very well as does the import feature. I am finding though, that less emails are reaching my lists than they do with Mailchimp and Campaigner (head to head). Final verdict is yet to be made and I’ll stick with it. I do like the GUI more than any other I’ve ever seen. Keep up the good work, guys.

When you’ll pay for the application you realize, that your mailings campaigns can’t be send. They are stopped with ‚in review’ status and you can’t do nothing about it. I’m so sorry that i bouht it!

really great job, guys. 0-bytes attachments, disappearing buttons and other sneaky glitches have been fixed, everything looks and works fine, well done! it would also be great to see reports in Stamps app even if you’re using SMTP access, it costs money too, so I’d love some more features :).

Plugins, lots of templates, easy!! Really, amazing app! You can subscribe and unsubscribe automatically!! Quick and clear technical support. Well done!

The program is great. It is easy to use and the statistics are amazing and updated just about instantly. As for the templates, though it is possible to import templates, or code your own, I feel the ones that come with it are great but just need more customization. Being able to "paint-bucket" the colors would be excellent, though users are currently able to scroll through color schemes. Regardless, I would definitely recommend!

I have tried about every Mass Email program avaliable for a Mac and this is by far the easiest and most complete program I have come across.

I really like it, been a long term user. Using the latest version now. Excellent tool for list management on the Mac. I happen to use it as well with Daylite.

This company should offer only a software to send out emails. I have an adult company and my own SMTP and I have bought this software only to send out emails using my own mailing and my own smtp server. But they have banned me for using the software I had PAID for to use it my own way. So be careful before buying this software. They sell it to you and they "judge" your business too. As they track all your mails and messages, its not difficult they get your mailing list and sell it to someone else who does the same business. I have bought now Max Bulk Mailer and they allow you to set your own Web Server to track your clients and messages without their "judgement". That way they dont have access to your clients, emails or messages. Think of that.

After update from mail 2 to mail 3, it had been a major major headacke. Back and forth with support. 3 months. software crashes, builds back ups on top of backups. I did EVERYTHING as directed, I am on Lion and use all latest in everything ( comp etc ) , now all my long hours creating forms, embedding them into my multiple websites. ALL GONE. never mind multiple mail campaigns i now have zero chance to do folow ups on , since there isnt history left . DISASTER. waste of money and waste of time and waste of your resources AND loss of your reputation on top of that. Good luck to you if you use this software. Maria
