I’ve been using DirectMail for years. Every time I use it I find something new that is useful and better suited for my purposes. It’s feature rich and easy to use. You can just jump into a Feedback form or develop more sophisticated apps. But all in all, it certainly has what I need to run a successful newsletter and feedback source.
