if i had minus zero stars i would give it

After update from mail 2 to mail 3, it had been a major major headacke. Back and forth with support. 3 months. software crashes, builds back ups on top of backups. I did EVERYTHING as directed, I am on Lion and use all latest in everything ( comp etc ) , now all my long hours creating forms, embedding them into my multiple websites. ALL GONE. never mind multiple mail campaigns i now have zero chance to do folow ups on , since there isnt history left .
DISASTER. waste of money and waste of time and waste of your resources AND loss of your reputation on top of that.
