Almost perfect…..

So the reporting is great, very helpful from a marketing standpoint. The templates are *good*. The app itself is easy to use, for just a standard email. Functionality is good, its the creative part that is mising for me.

PICTURES are difficult to add
the templates are very difficult to add pictures to- you have to size the picture just right to get it to appear correctly in the "drop zone” and I’ve had to experiment many times with trying to get the picture just right. It would be hepful if you could crop as you add it. But still there is some kind of glitch that even when I size the picture exactly like the drop zone, it appears teeny tiny after I add it and I can’t enlarge it.

TEMPLATES are not easily modifiable or easy to create
I like to create my own templates, DM touts uploading word documents as templates etc. Only works for the body. I can’t get the style to transfer (pictures, backgrounds etc). Yes I read your website, no I still can’t get it to import correctly. If you had a template that you could free form create IN the app, that would be fantastic but as of now, all you can do is use theirs and “add” sections but forget adjusting the color scheme.

As I said before, ALMOST perfect……but not quite.
